Food does several jobs for our body:
- Gives energy for daily activities.
- Helps the body grow and repair damaged cells.
- Keeps our organs working and our immune system strong.
Different foods provide different nutrients. That's why variety matters.
Example
Skipping breakfast → tired by 10 AM. Eating only rice all day → energy but not enough protein/vitamins → weak immunity.
