Example
Riya is 4 years older than her brother. In 5 years, Riya will be 13. How old is her brother now?
Riya now = 13 − 5 = 8 years. Brother = 8 − 4 = 4 years.
Riya now = 13 − 5 = 8 years. Brother = 8 − 4 = 4 years.
💡 Tip:“In X years” → add X. “X years ago” → subtract X.
