A mirror image is what you see in a mirror placed to your right or left side. The image is flipped left ↔ right; up and down stay the same.
If a letter is symmetric vertically (A, M, T, U, V, W, Y, H, I, O, X), its mirror image looks the same.
Example
Mirror image of BED:
Each letter flips. B → ꓐ, E → Ǝ, D → ꓷ. The whole word also reverses order.

💡 Tip:Letters with vertical symmetry (A, H, I, M, O, T, U, V, W, X, Y) look the same in a mirror.
