Notice vs message
Notice: official announcement to a group (school, society). 4-5 lines.
Message: short note to one person. 1-2 lines.
Example
"School closed tomorrow due to rain" → could be a notice (group) or a message (one person).
💡 Tip:Audience tells you the form: many = notice, one = message.
